I had my mom here for just under a year. She had a horrible accident before coming in and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I personally deal with the majority of the staff in one way or another and honestly I couldn’t be happier with there services and assistance in caring for my mom.I did notice a few bad reviews from several years ago, and this definitely is not the case now. Everyone from management, to the front desk, nurses, care staff, maintenance and even the gal that took care of my mom’s hair, were delightful, caring and professional. The home itself is very nice, modern, comfortable and many of the rooms offer nice views of the mountains.I very happy with the amazing services they provided for my mom.
THE STAFF AT THIS FACILITY SUCH AS MED TECH HUNTER HOLT IN MEMORY CARE,AND A FEW OTHERS ARE VERY RUDE ,AND VERBERALLY ABUSIVE.THEY ARE NOT ATTENDING TO RESIDENTS AS NEEDED AND DO NOT FILE INCIDENT REPORTS AS NEEDED.AND ARE SOMETIMES ABUSIVE TO RESIDENTS A STAFF GRABBED RESIDENTS ARM AND PUSHED HER INTO RECLINER
I want to thank this facility for your outreach to a young family in need and It has brought tears to my eyes and made my husband and children so happy that their are amazing people out there that really do care! thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you are doing to make a little girls Christmas come true and make it more festive! and memorable! I wish you all the best thanksgiving and Christmas ever because after all your giving it truly made my Christmas and thanksgiving more special and fulfilling! with love to all of you lottie & my family!
Do not put your loved one in the "Memory Care" unit at this facility!!! Understaffed! Residents that need assistance eating are not getting fed. Staff member sat and ate a meal while looking at their cell phone while myself and two other family members fed the other residents that needed assistance who were just sitting with a plate in from them! If your loved one needs to be watched or takes too much of their time, they medicate them into a zombie state to keep them still.
Poor care, refusal of previously promised rights to choose medical provider, lies and deception. Disgusting. Filing a complaint with Health and Welfare, APS, and the ombudsman. These people are immoral. They promise that they are all about care, but that’s not true. They’re all about understaffing, providing subpar care, and unethically removing residents rights in order to funnel them to medical providers who financially profit the company. I wouldn’t trust them to care for a hamster.
