Holbrook Woodstock Enriched Living
Holbrook Woodstock Enriched Living is a new way to imagine assisted living! Most importantly, our community is licensed by the State of Georgia, so please know that your loved one will have care provided 24 hours a day by certified CNA and CMA caregivers who are overseen by a strong team of nurses.
Enriched Living has 12 floor plans to choose from, which include studio and one- and two-bedroom options. Pricing starts at $6130 for a studio and smaller one bedroom apartment. The rental rate includes all meals & snacks, housekeeping, weekly linen & laundry service, maintenance, transportation, paid utilities (water, electric, cable & internet), and use of amenities & participation in activities (arts, fitness, socials, etc.). The cost for personal care is an additional fee and based on an assessment of individual needs.

Included in Enriched Living room rate (Assisted Living):
