HCNH, a nonÂprofit organization, is owned and managed by Hillsborough County dedicated to meeting the Skilled and Intermediate short and long term nursing needs of Hillsborough County Residents. HCNH offers a wide variety of care options utilizing a variety of resources enabling HCNH to better meet Resident/Patient's needs.
We strive to meet higher standards of customer satisfaction and quality of life by providing a wide range of therapies and activities tailored to the diverse needs of our Residents.
