All living options include three meals daily, weekly housekeeping, bowmanplace.org weekly personal and linen laundry service, utilities excluding Comcast (cable, individual internet, and phone), social and life enrichment programing, emergency pendant style call system, scheduled transportation to medical appointments.

- Second Occupant Fee: $2,500
