I would recommend Heritage Hall to all families looking for skilled care and/or long term care. I would also recommend Heritage Hall as an excellent place to work. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Heritage Hall is truly a family environment for staff and residents. The residents are well taken care of and happy.
I moved from Pennsylvania a few years ago and Heritage Hall King George is the first and only job I've had in Virginia. I love my job and enjoy my coworkers. I've had the opportunity for career advancement and it has been a great journey.Update: 3 years later and I'm still employed at Heritage Hall King George. The saying is the employees don't quit their jobs, they quit on the management. Well this team has been through some ups and downs ( just like all other facilities that provide care) through this pandemic and there is still a remnant standing!
The staff is courtesy, understanding and seem to genuinely care about us. I appreciate Lindsey, Edith, Carolyn and Stephanie. I love the activities especially bingo and the coloring contests. Oh, and the food is good. I've lived here 4 months now. The therapy is good at help you do things you used to but can't no more.
The love, care and compassion demonstrated by the staff at Heritage Hall King George is apparent when you step through the doors. The activities department keep the residents busy with popcorn and movies, crafts, bingo, monthly birthday parties and special events. The staff promote positivity, are helpful and smiles are warm and friendly. The vibe is very homelike. The rehab staff keeps residents motivated to maintain functional ability. Dietary provides wholesome meals the residents enjoy and always go the extra mile for special events. The facility looks and smells clean as a whistle. This company has long term care figured out.. its demonstrated throughout the facility. 🌟
Heritage Hall King George works together as an amazing team! The dietary staff is great and provides delicious food, the activities department has wonderful ideas for residents to have things to keep busy, the building is always clean and smells good, and the nursing staff is just awesome with giving excellent care!
I would like to say that my wife Edith Moore, Crystal Smith, Shay McDowney, Toya McDowney, Wilma Woods, Jill, Frank, Lindsey, Carolyn, and the night nurses on B-side for stepping up and helping out and for going above and beyond the call of duty as they fill in the open spots working anywhere from 8-16 hours a day and at a high level too. Take a bow Ladies and gentleman you all deserve this praise!
