This is not the typical assisted living facility/memory care—it's so much more than that. Everyone at this facility is caring, loving and very professional. The staff is so compassionate and caring, that you can be 100% confident that family member will be treated with the utmost respect. The staff makes the residents feel like this is their home. They provide personalized patient care in a nourishing environment. The residents have a wide array of activities to do and the facility itself is first class all the way. Extraordinarily impressive. Overall, the atmosphere is great, and you get a warm homelike feeling while you're there. Our Dad gets the best care there and they treat your family like you are their family. They are excellent about notifying us and constantly updating us on Dad’s care. We recommend this facility to anyone who needs it. We couldn’t ask for better care and they are always very helpful and listen to every question we ask and always give us an answer; even if they don’t know, they will find out. Every person there is such a blessing, and I am grateful for the loving care they continue to give Dad. I can’t say thank you enough!!!! You all are beyond awesome — but special gratitude to Willie, Kelly, Jaima, Michelle, Vanessa, Anna, Eric and Mark!
This is a wonderful place to put your loved one in. Are they perfect, no but they try to be. Staff is always willing to help. They call them by name and treat them like grandparents. The food is 4 out of 5. They give the them a dining experience. Can't say enough good for this environment.
HarborChase is a great facility. Great Staff and Management. I placed my 97 year old mother at HarborChase in March of '21. She couldn't walk anymore and was in a wheelchair. After three weeks, she began walking again a little with her walker. She has dementia and doesn't remember too much, but the staff just treats her great! Also, when she arrived she was 125 lbs.; at five weeks she was up to 142....she's been eating well at HarborChase. The staff at HC are not only health care workers, they are also missionaries. Their ministry is taking care of the elderly and they do it with great respect. A big thank you to all the staff.
My mother came to live here 6 weeks ago. I can’t even express what an amazing place HarborChase is! At all levels the staff is wonderful! She is thriving here. The food is superb, my mother has gained 12 pounds since coming here, which she needed. We often eat with her. It is a welcoming family atmosphere, they have many activities that keep residents and family very busy. HarborChase, the director Willie and her staff have given my family such peace to know my mother is so well cared for.❤️
Not only is the facility absolutely stunning but the staff are compassionate, kind and loving. They love their residents like their own family and they work around the clock; evenings, weekends and holidays to make sure their residents have every need met. Also the food is ridiculously good, whenever I visit I feel like I am at an all inclusive resort with my family.
My mom was one of the first residents who moved in when HarborChase opened. It was the best decision we ever made. Mom was so happy there and the staff is the most amazing caregivers ever. She was treated like a queen even when she couldn’t remember who I was. The staff put the residents above themselves everyday and I admire every one of them. They are true heroes and I never had to worry whether or not she was getting good care. You won’t regret taking your loved one here.
Don't take your family here you will live to regret it. The director Wilameta lied to our family over and over. I was my mother's co power of attorney having to act jointly with my sister in the care of our mother. I was unable to visit after testing positive for covid first of Nov 2020. I called almost daily to see how my mother was doing. One day they told me they couldn't give me any info on my mother after my sister threatened them. I told them they can not do that since I was a co POA. They called back , apologized saying I was right and my mother was doing very well. Then one Tues afternoon I received a text, no calls from Harbor chase at all, a text saying my mother was being loaded into an ambulance. I arrived in time to ride in the ambulance with my mother who said "Kelly I couldn't even walk yesterday " referring to Monday Dec 15th . I called on Monday and was told my mother was doing well. Then I learned they had been preparing her for hospice without my knowledge. They robbed me of being able to spend any time with my mother during her final days. knowing she was dying. The conversation in the ambulance was the last time I saw my mother alive. Harbor Chase, WIllametta the director, Kelly the nurse nor the Dr, Dr Lucio never contacted me or communicate with me about my mother. Even after numerous calls requesting them to call me knowing I was a co POA they knew they we obligated to contact me about my mother's care. They didn't do the right thing for our family so don't think they will for yours.
My mother was a resident in The Cove memory care area. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this long term residential community. The staff is excellent. The staff is caring and giving and compassionate and genuinely loved and personally cared for my mother. They gave mom the utmost personal attention and did everything imaginable to provide a beautiful and happy environment for her. They went above and beyond every day and night. I felt a sense of peace knowing my mother was actually loved there. Not just cared for in the most wonderful way, but she was genuinely loved. The staff has answered a calling of which they are devoted from their hearts. Thank you Willie and Harbor Chase for loving and caring for my beloved mother.
Terrible place. My grandmother was there and they would never let anyone talk to her. They told my mom she was doing great. Then they called out of the blue saying they where loading her in ambulance. She died next day. They are over ran with covid. Do not trust this place with a loved one. I promise you will regret it.

hire a new person to run the place Willie Ferguson is a crazy lady and she honestly does not care about this facility I have worked with her and all she cares about is getting it full residence so she can get her bone other than that she does not care about anything that goes on in this facility and when all her patients Memory Care was passing away from covid-19 she went on vacation
My dad has Alzheimer’s been hard on my family.Dad has been at Harborchase since they open their door's is the Greatest place the staff in memory care are hardworking but their's one that stands out hard working, caring, knowledgeable, she goes by MAC but I know that's not her name Thank you for being his angel.
Do not work for this companies hospitality division there Chef is a megalomaniac who thinks it’s OK to yell in the mean his employees his team thinks it’s OK to create a massive scene over nothing they like to cause drama by the time this establishment realize what they have hired for a chef it will be too late
