I was a patient there in January, 2019 and whole heartedly agree with the two previous negative reviews. Many, but not all, of the staff have terrible attitudes/work habits. There was no communication if my meds had been changed. I was there post-surgery and needed pain meds. Late afternoon one day they weren't brought as scheduled - I buzzed TWICE with no response. Got in my wheelchair, went to the front desk where TWO nurses were working. I told them what happened. Their response? We're busy doing a report! We'll get to you when we're done. I said "I'm in pain and you're doing a report?" The answer - " We said we'll be there when we're done".At least one employee shared with me that the care was sub-standard, especially when compared to a hospital. Don't get me wrong - the  Therapists (OT, PT, etc) were all good at their jobs.

ZERO STARS!!!I cannot speak for the quality of care at this facility as I never got past the EXTREMELY RUDE Admissions Coordinator, Lucinda, during a telephone conversation inquiring about types of insurance accepted there. As a former Social Services Director at another long-term care care facility in WV I was not expecting to encounter such a rude and condescending attitude from an ADMISSIONS COORDINATOR. If this is any indication of the overall attitude of the employees at this facility, I would NOT recommend anyone stay there, let alone my mother. With so many options out there, steer clear of this place, even if it is conveniently located.

This facility needs to be completely renovated. I wish I had not been forced into a hurry up situation that prohibited me from visiting prior to admission.

So apparently someone with this company flagged my review...so I'm reposting. Again....My original post was: This facility was absolutely horrific. They didn't follow safety procedures/protocols even before a pandemic-I'd hate to imagine how bad it is now. Management and employees are forever a revolving door constantly. If you're looking for a job, or a place for your family member...I highly suggest looking elsewhere. People need to know just how bad this place truly is. Please do not let your family member or loved one stay here.

If I could give this place a negative review I would. The administrator, which left a 5 star review on their own business, doesn’t care. I can’t go into all the details but if you even remotely care about your loved one DO NOT LET THEM GO HERE!
