I am a resident of St Martin Village twinhome since September 2020. The size and layout of the twinhome is perfect for my needs, as it was time for me to downsize and live less rurally. I am very happy to no longer be singly responsible for home maintenance (inside and out). I’m also looking forward to traveling again after COVID with little worry regarding my twinhome. The St Martin Village environment has wonderful walking trails and paths that highlight Black Hills meadow and ponderosa pine forest habitats. It is inspiring to see a large number of my neighbors out walking daily, too.My neighbors are very welcoming from a distance - I look forward to learning their stories after COVID is controlled.I’m grateful for the chain of events that allowed me to become a part of the senior community at St Martin Village/Good Samaritan Society!
We moved to Good Samaritan Society in Rapid City in March 2019. It has proven to be a very good move for us. Location is beautiful, staff is very helpful and professional and the Black Hills is a great place to live. We cannot recommend Good Samaritan Society Rapid City highly enough!
