My Mother is living at Avantara. At Avantara everyone is family and that means a lot. 4-17-21 My mother Miss Emma made her journey to heaven. I would like to thank the staff at Avantara Mountain View for the care and love they gave to my Mom her last couple of years. I will miss my mother but I will miss Mom’s Avantara family as well. I wish each one of you all the best. I still believe and say “AT AVANTARA EVERYONE IS FAMILY”.
A few of the staff cared. Overall it was not a good experience. So many things were stolen from my parents room. Communication was definitely not good. Calls were not returned and messages were not given to staff. We even had to point out a health condition that was serious which the nurses should have noticed. There were a few excellent staff.
You will not find a nursing home that has the compassion, dedication, professionalism and education that this team has. The common goal to provide the best care possible for the individuals that reside at Mountain View is obvious in every team member and every department. The commitment and loyalty to each individual resident is a priority shared by everyone . The relationships developed between staff and residents, team members and management, outside providers and the health care team go beyond the usual business/customer service model and feel more like friends and family. OUTSTANDING!
