They appreciate the flexible schedule, willing to listen to employees, good benefits, and supportive system from the National Campus. Employees also enjoy the mission and culture of compassion. However, there are some cons such as pay being negligible compared to other companies, no official PTO, short staffing, long hours, poor management, and lack of corporate support.
