Do you guys currently have a waitlist? Yes- not sure on timing-few months probably.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility? I'm assuming you are referring to the nursing dept. We have a licensed LPN in the assisted living and CNAs or HHA’s in the assisted living 24 hours a day.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents? In the Assisted or Independent living as they are separate. Are you referring about safety as in their health or intruders?
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community? Do you mean for the actual moving? I can help with that or getting acclimated?
Do you offer transportation services for residents? Yes.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience? Wonderful-our food is great, lots of choices.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed? That would be handled by our Executive Director. She is terrific at resolving issues in a timely matter.
What is the cost of living in your community? It varies, depending on services. Independent and assisted. Sizes and locations. From $2800 to around $4100 base rent.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being? In general-email, however it depends on what the family prefers or what is going on. In person or phone if there are any issues.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost? Yes $135 per day.
Are you all a pet-friendly community? Yes.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community? Yes.
Are residents able to age in place? Yes Yes- not sure on timing-few months probably.
