Magnolia Springs Southpointe Services
Magnolia Springs Southpointe employs caregivers that are first aid certified and are present 24 hours per day to assist with ADL’s.
We offer multiple safety checks and exterior doors that lock.
We have a Resident ambassador program that assists with the transition to our community.
We offer transportation 7 days per week.
We have a restaurant style dining room with delicious meals.
We have a grievance process for any complaints/concerns.
We utilize interactive television and an app based program for communication within and outside our community.
We offer respite stays. The daily rate varies based on location within the community.
We are pet friendly.
We do offer vaccination clinics.
Residents are able to age in place as long as they meet certain requirements. We currently have a wait list on select apartments. We currently have availability in our assisted living, but we are on a waitlist for our memory care neighborhood.
