We do not have a waiting list currently.
We have a CAN and Medaids, they get training throughout the year, we will bring in other facilities to help with training. An example of the training is Alzheimer training, Nursing as how to properly feed, bathe, and so forth.
On-Site Medical Support
We do have a Nurse station on every floor, and a CNA on every floor. We also provide the residents with life pendants that they can push and a call light goes to the nurse so they can check on them.
Community and Social Groups
We do have Women’s and men groups that we offer to the residents to get them settled in and to know the people in the community.
Transportation Services
We do offer Transportation, to and from medical appointments a month. Also, Tia our activities director does transportation for any outside activities she has going on. She also transports once a week to go shopping.
Dining Experience
We serve three chef-prepared meals a day and daily snacks. We have a dining room that the residents go to, to eat and they are served by our wait staff. They also have the option of eating in their apartments, the wait staff would just then bring their meal up to their rooms.
Addressing Complaints
If the resident has a complaint, they would go to the executive director who then from there would handle the complaint in the best possible way she could.

Family Involvement
So our process to keeping the family involved is we have them involved through emails of any events we have going on. We contact the family members when the residents fall, get sick, etc. We also have the family involved in all of the care planning that happens here at Whispering Ridge.
Respite Care
We do offer respite care. It is based on the type of care that they may need while here.
Pet Policy
We do allow pets, Small dogs and cats. We would need you to provide pet Immunizations, and there is a fee.
Healthcare Services
Yes, our residents are able to get COVID and Flu vaccinations while here and in the facility.
Aging in Place
Yes, they are able to age in place here.
