Our specialized short-term rehab unit is designed to offer the best post-hospital recovery experience.

    Our Team

    Our facility is staffed by a team of experienced and compassionate professionals who adhere to a people-first philosophy. We develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each person, ensuring a personalized and effective recovery process. Our staff includes Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), all of whom are certified prior to joining our team. We maintain close communication with our patients' physicians to keep them involved in the care process.
