Englewood Vista Apartments
Englewood Vista is your standard apartment complex. The Owner is not a licensed health care facility nor a licensed adult care facility. We offer many amenities, we are Pet-Friendly, and also have a complimentary Bus for transportation. We do not offer short-term leases; your lease would be a 12-month contract unless you buy out and that would be 1 month of your monthly rent amount.
If you would like to schedule a tour of the property, feel free to contact me. At the moment we do have a waiting list for our 2 bedrooms but our 2-bedroom 1 bath (The Dogwood) & (The Maple) rents $1180.00, and the 2-bedroom 2 bath (The Spruce) rents $1180.00.
