Overview of Professional Staff and Training
We have our Director team, which is our Executive Director, Administrative Assistant, Community Relations Directors, Activity Director, Maintenance Director, and our Chef Manager. We also have nurses in the community, Med tech’s, caregivers, housekeeping, and dining staff. All staff go through training required by the State of Florida, and it is updated annually.
Safety and Well-being Measures
The community is a safe place for our residents to live. All our assisted living residents have a call pendent to get help when needed as well as there is staff in the community 24/7. Our memory care residents do not have a pendent however they have care staff with them 24/7 in the community.
Transition Support Services
There is always a transition period when someone moves in. Some families have private duty come in to make the transition better however this is not needed. We work as a team to ensure the new resident feels welcome and becomes acclimated to the community.
Transportation Services
We offer transportation on Tuesday and Thursday for doctor appointments within 10 miles. On Wednesday, Activities does take the residents on different outings.
Dining Experience
Our dining room is restaurant style dining. Residents come to dining and sit wherever they would like to sit and are served from the dining staff. There is a menu of always available and there is a special of the day as well.
Resident Complaints and Issues
If the resident has a complaint, they are directed to the director of that department. If it’s care, they go to nursing, If It’s housekeeping, they would go to that director, food chef manager. If the director cannot help, the Executive Director will step in to assist.
Cost of Living
Our studio apartments in assisted living start at 4095. I will attach a price sheet to this email as well.
Communication with Residents' Families
Many of our residents have their loved ones with Bluestone Physicians. They have a portal which the family has access to and allows them to see what is going on with their loved ones. We also communicate with families if we have proper documentation on who we can speak with. Generally, we communicate with power of attorney as long as we have the consents sighed on who we can speak with.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer 30-day respites. The cost is $175 a day in assisted living and $225 a day for Memory Care.
Pet-Friendly Community
We are pet friendly. Pet must be 25 lbs. or under.
Waitlist Information
I currently only have a waitlist for 1-bedroom apartments. I have one available but it’s a smaller one bedroom. I have studio and two bedrooms available currently.
