The gatekeepers in this facility are NOT to be trusted. Due to the COVID CON scare, visitations are not allowed. I called the front desk to see if some important paperwork will be delivered to my wife for her to fill out. The receptionist said yes. I dropped it off with her and my wife did not receive it

The staff is rude both to the residents and their families. If you need a nursing home for your loved ones, this place is not it. The staff yell and mistreat the residents, and only go by their rules when it's convenient for them. It needs to be shut down

Understaffed. Staff overworked. Managers, Nurses and CNA's do the best they can but Administration seems to keep piling on and then verbally attack those under them when they can't get everything done. Administration doesn't seem to give a damn about doing everything they can to drive good help away as fast as they can.
