I would not recommend this place for employment. Poor follow through in general, I have been lied to multiple times, the impression I’ve been left with is that profit is much more important than employees or residents. I got COVID-19 in October and was told it ‘couldn’t be traced back to the workplace’ when I have evidence to the contrary. I was severely ill for weeks. I was refused reasonable accommodation for a medically documented disability. Communication has been poor, at times during my employment it has come across as demeaning. I love the residents who are in the facility and many of the employees are wonderful, but there are so many core issues that need resolved for both employees and residents.***the canned response to my review is even more proof of just how much they really care (hopefully my sarcasm comes through)***

Do not put your loved ones in this nursing home! They rarely bathed my great grandfather and the cnas were to worried about gossiping and being on their cell phones. Do not recommend at all!!!

I have NEVER been treated so poorly by an administrator. I work with a community resource and cannot imagine how the staff are treated if a stranger is treated this way. I was called to provide services to a resident and am very aware of Covid and Covid precautions but when someone is asked to come in and while you are signing in, the administrator comes out red faced and asking why you are in his building and “don’t you know we have Covid”? You sir...were out of line MR. M. SPIEDEL!! completely inexcusable and I can assure you the reaction was passed along to other community resources so they can be aware or “prepared” for this behavior. I will be contacting your corporate employer as they need to know how this facility is being represented. I am concerned for the staff and residents as he did that in front of others and does not care.

Since being at Bella Terra, my grandmother has not been bathed on a regular basis, has been given food that is still frozen, the staff is not helpful, they have lost some of her personal items, etc. And to top it off none of us are allowed to see her on her 90th birthday because they can't get her to a window. As another reviewer said, "if you care about your loved ones, don't take them here". Our family is hopeful we can get her into a different facility soon.

My Mother went to Bella Terra for PT after being discharged from the hospital. They took very good care of her and worked very hard to help her get stronger. We got updates weekly and we were encouraged to call with any questions. They made a difficult time (not being able to visit due to Covid) easier by letting us know how she was doing. I appreciate all those who cared for her. Thank you so much!!

*sigh* what a bummer... I was beyond ecstatic when I was called back about a job I applied for. Bella Terra offered a good wage, a sign on bonus, and a schedule I could embrace and love. All of this came crashing down today, when I was informed that I was "Disqualified for Employment" because I tested positive for Marijuana, during my pre employment drug test. I am an active Montana Medical Marijuana cardholder, and an ACTIVE CNA/CMA/HHA with the state of MT... Being told that I'm DQ'd from a facility "That is state monitored and different than other Facilities" was a brutal blow to my last 5 years in the nursing field. So, the other places I worked at, that allowed me to distribute narcotics to residents must be below state standards.. Because they were state monitored and accepted my MM card being that I was legal and played by the rules, submitted to random DT's and passed, but most importantly my residents were safe and secure... Bella Terra initially made me feel good about working there..My references, work history, and general demeanor were enough to offer me a 2k sign on bonus and all sorts of perks... But now, I'm told that I'm not good enough... because of my Illness( Intractable Nausea ) and the medication I take for it.... I can only hope other Medical Marijuana patients don't have to go through this form of cruelty... Being told NO for taking prescribed medication...lol.. wow..

The food was real good, nursing was very good, housekeeping was very good and they were always in there cleaning and they made sure to do it when I was away from my room so they weren't in the way. Therapy is fun, they work you good and they make it fun and I loved every minute of it. They helped me get better and I would recommend this place. If something happens again, I'm coming back here. And you can't forget the good help from the CNA's, they are very very caring.

I'm very very pleased at the personalities of all the staff, the encouragement that we receive and the teamwork the entire staff has. For helping to relieve some of the fear and the stress of going from a wheelchair to walker during my progression. The equipment used to help rebuild the muscles in my body during therapy. The food is well served along with many choices. And the nursing staff is sometimes very understanding and other times not so much due to the fact they don't always know what damages are done to the inside of the body personally. The nursing staff could benefit from further training to better understand personal limitations. I would very much recommend here to others and mainly because after being in other facilities and with my own personal experiences...that after I walked in here I knew I would be able to regain my strength and walk again. I appreciate the staff's encouragement to push harder to progress even if not personally aware of the benefits.

I was a patient here and have been to many facilities before .Therapist and nurses are very friendly and effecient. They are clear at what their goals are and willing to work around personal schedules. They do a nice job of keeping patient updated on progress. I will likely return for outpatient therapy . I would recommend .
