General Staff Rating
Care Staff Rating
My mother was a resident in the health care center for 16 weeks. She was placed here after an independent living facility left her severely dehydrated and with a bedsore because they left her trapped in bed without checking on her for four days. The Colonnades staff restored our faith in compassionate, caring healthcare providers. They were incredibly kind to my mother and to all of her friends/family. My mother passed away at the Colonnades from cancer and we are so grateful for the love they showed us all during our loss. Mom felt safe and comfortable thanks to the giving and kind caretakers. Thank you all!!
