Currently, there is no waitlist for Memory Care but there is a waitlist for Assisted Living.

Staff and Training
We have a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Medication Technicians (Med Techs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Training is provided through courses we offer at the community as needed.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We are licensed by the state of Michigan and adhere to all safety measures per licensing. Our doors lock down at night for building security, and we are staffed 24/7/365.
Transition Support Services
Our staff will orient all new residents to the community, including areas for activities, dining, and special events.
Transportation Services
Yes, we offer transportation for doctor's appointments within a 10-mile radius of the community. We also use our bus for outdoor activities off-site. It is wheelchair accessible as well.
Dining Experience
We serve 3 nutritious meals daily cooked by chefs, including a pastry chef.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
I have an open-door policy to address any complaints, suggestions, or situations that may occur and need addressing. Basically, what I don’t know, I can’t fix. I always want to know so I can improve the life of the resident and the happiness of the family.
Communication with Residents' Families
Updates on any health/medical communications come from the nurse and care coordinator at any time but can also be scheduled at family request. We do bi-yearly care assessments or new care assessments at any changes we see with the residents that cause us concern. Families are required to sign all care assessments and receive copies as well. This also may include higher levels of care which may mean a higher cost package.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Yes, we do offer short-term or respite stays; rates are $250 to $300 per day depending on care levels needed, and we require a 30-day or more respite.
Pet-Friendly Community
Yes, we are. Residents can have a pet live with them with a non-refundable pet fee of $250, and the resident must be able to care for the pet. Any family member can bring a pet to visit; leash required.
Covid and Flu Vaccinations
We (per CDC) no longer have the clinics come to the community for COVID vaccinations; it would be required by family to take the resident to a clinic or doctor to get that vaccination. We do the Flu shots yearly in November.
Aging in Place
Yes, that is what we strive to do here. We have a memory care and accept Hospice to come in as well. Currently, I do not have a waitlist for Memory Care but do for Assisted Living.
