Overview of Our Staff and Training
Our Nursing Team consists of two RNs, four LPNs, CNAs, Medication Technicians, and a Resident Care Coordinator. Training varies by staff level, but at minimum, every staff member undergoes training once per month.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Our community is staffed 24 hours a day. Doors lock at 9pm and reopen the next morning. We offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, Enhanced Care, and Memory Care, with Memory Care requiring a key code for access. Each apartment door, except in Memory Care, requires a key fob, allowing for monitored access. Nightly security checks are conducted for resident safety.
Transition Support Services
Upon moving in, new residents are supported by 2 Resident Liaisons available 7 days a week. These liaisons visit daily for the first 2 weeks, followed by a Resident Connections Meeting with Department Heads. The Hospitality Committee also welcomes new residents, inviting them to dine or join activities.
Transportation Services
Our Life Enrichment Department provides car and shuttle services, offering free transportation for medical appointments within 15 miles.
Dining Experience
We offer a restaurant-style dining experience with a regular menu and changing specials, similar to a traditional restaurant.
Handling Complaints and Issues
Two Resident Liaisons are available 7 days a week to address questions, concerns, or issues, involving other departments as necessary.
Cost of Living
The cost varies depending on the type of apartment selected. Options include studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Currently, there is a waitlist for two-bedroom apartments.
Communication with Residents' Families
We maintain regular communication through emails, newsletters, and a portal system to keep families informed about their loved ones' well-being.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Respite stays are available at the discretion of our Nursing team, starting at $150 per day.
Pet-Friendly Community
We welcome pets with a one-time $750 pet fee for pets living within the community.
Vaccination Clinics
Annual Flu and Covid vaccine clinics are held on-site. Our transportation services also assist residents in receiving their vaccines off-site.
Aging in Place
Chateau Pacific offers a continuum of care including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Enhanced Care, and Memory Care, allowing residents to age in place while prioritizing our existing residents before accepting new ones.
