Chateau Bothell Landing
Studio Apt/ $2,900 per month to $4,200 per month: (393sq ft - 503sq ft)
1-bdrm Apt/ $4,800 per month to $7,200 per month: (505sq ft - 781sq ft)
2-bdrm Apt/ $5,900 per month to $9,300 per month: (746sq ft - 1287sq ft)
The difference in rates is based on the size and location of the apartment.
Second person fee of $900.00 per month.
There is a one-time pet fee of $750.
These items are included in the monthly rent:
- Internet, power, water, garbage, and cable are included in the monthly rate.
- Weekly Housekeeping and routine Maintenance are included.
- Our apartments (excluding some of the studio apartments) are equipped with Washer/Dryer
- We offer a free shuttle service with rides to specific stores and medical appointments on a scheduled basis as well as fun and interesting trips with the Life Enrichment program.
- The monthly rate includes our Fitness Program with opportunities to work out in our pool and the fitness studio/weight room. There is a fee for private sessions with our Fitness Director
- We include a membership to the Senior Center with free rides in our golf cart (to the NS Senior Center) during the day. The rides need to be scheduled ahead of time at the front desk.
- The equivalent of 3 meals per day at any one of our 3 restaurants is included in the rent. If the 2nd or 3rd meal plan is not wanted each day, we can deduct $100 per month for the 2nd and/or 3rd meal plans.
- Numerous Life enrichment events and activities are included every day.
- We also have a Concierge team and a Resident Liaison available to help residents.
These are the items that are not included:
- Assisted Living care is not included in the rent. Care costs are based on individual resident need.
- Personalized parking spots in the garage are $35 per month.
- Storage spaces are $50 or $65 per month depending on the size of the space.
- Residents pay their own phone bill whether landline or cell phone. Apartments are landline ready.
- There are fees for additional (non-routine) requests from Maintenance and Housekeeping.
