Overview of Our Staff and Training
We have a Registered Nurse (RN) onsite 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All staff undergo in-service training to ensure the highest quality of care and service.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Our community is secured, with residents living on the 2nd & 3rd floors. We have sensors in bedrooms to monitor movement and conduct hourly “eye’s on” checks with all residents to ensure their safety and well-being.
Transition Support Services
We provide ongoing support to families to aid residents' transition into our community, ensuring a smooth and comfortable process.
Transportation Services
Transportation can be arranged for residents, based on driver availability and previously scheduled activities.
Dining Experience
Meal service is provided three times a day at 8 AM, Noon, and 5 PM. A set menu is prepared, and all residents receive the same meal.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Complaints or issues related to care are directed to the nurse in charge, while other inquiries are addressed by the Executive Director.
Cost of Living
The cost is based on the care level, determined by a no-obligation nurse assessment, and the type of room (private or shared).
Communication with Families
We use Famileo.com to keep families updated about their loved ones' well-being and any important updates.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer short-term or respite stays, with a one-time community fee of $500 plus either an hourly rate or a per night fee for respite care, depending on the Level of Care assessment.
Pet-Friendly Community
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.

Flu clinics are conducted onsite. COVID vaccines are coordinated by the responsible person.
