Casa de las Campanas: San Diego's Premier Life Plan Community
Casa de las Campanas is San Diego’s only not-for-profit, Type A Life Plan community. Casa de las Campanas is nestled in the beautiful hills of Rancho Bernardo, across the street from 174 acres of gorgeous hiking trails. Conveniently located 1 exit away from shopping and fine dining and within minutes of golf courses and tennis courts.
Being that we are a Life Plan Community, Type A, there is a one-time entrance fee (partial refund and 75% refund options), which is the purchase of a lifetime care contract. This means that residents have access to unlimited assisted living and nursing care for the rest of their lives, with no increase in their current monthly fee.
Services and Amenities
- Utilities are included - cable, wireless internet, heating, air conditioning, water, sewer, electricity, gas, trash collection and recycling fees.
- $21 dining dollars per day/per person. Dining dollars can be used for breakfast, lunch or dinner at the Bistro, Sur Dining Room or La Terraza Dining Room.
- Weekly linen service- including the laundering of sheets, pillowcases, towels and wash cloths.
- Maintenance and repairs.
- Bi-weekly full housekeeping.
- Scheduled transportation to nearby medical/dental offices and to specified local shopping areas.
- Assigned parking for 1 car- uncovered is included, garages are available for $50 per month.
- 24-Hour Security.
- Access to all community facilities- pools, fitness center, craft room, hobby shop, dinner theater, parks, computer rooms and libraries.
- Participation in fitness classes and exciting activities.
