Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training
Our team consists of 105 Associates, an Executive Director, Department Directors, RNs, LPNs, Med. Techs, Caregivers, Concierge, Housekeepers, Maintenance, Activities, and Culinary staff. Each member undergoes a thorough background check, fingerprint clearance, and CPR training. Additionally, all 105 associates are required to complete new hire training and monthly modules to stay current with our standards.
Safety and Well-Being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we provide an Emergency pendant upon move-in. Our facility is equipped with security cameras in the hallways and offers 24/7 concierge service. Exterior doors are locked in the evening, and all guests must sign in at the front desk after hours.
Support Services for Residents
We offer an Ambassador program, new resident Orientation, and a Move-In Coordinator to aid residents in their transition into the community.
Transportation Services
Our transportation services cover a 10-mile radius and include scheduled outings, events, and medical transportation. We also have mobile doctors who visit our residents on-site.
Dining Experience
Cadence is renowned for its Culinary experience, with over 48 team members including our Culinary Director, Executive Chef, cooks, and servers. Our dining room is open from 7 AM to 7 PM, offering two menu options: an Always Available menu or daily specials. Additionally, our Bistro is open from 11 AM to 5 PM daily, providing lighter fare.
Resident Concerns and Complaints
If a resident has a complaint or issue, they may speak to our Executive Director, Michelle, or any Director to have it addressed promptly.
Cost of Living
Having been open for only a year and a half, our first rate increase was a 5% cost of living adjustment.
Communication with Residents' Families
We maintain a Portal for friends and family to keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being.
Short-Term or Respite Stays
We do not offer Respite or Guest rooms. However, we have arranged a discounted rate at two different hotels in the area for family members.
Pet-Friendly Community
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community and have a dog park on the property.
