My Mom stayed in the Independent Living section for a few months as she had some medical issues to have addressed.Darlene and her staff were fantastic. They treated my 91 year old Mom like family. They were supremely helpful & responsive.I couldn’t have asked for a better environment for my Mom.I can’t recommend this facility strongly enough to anyone who wants personalized family like care.
I have found that the Brightview community is very caring, competent, and reliable in the level of care they provide for my mother. Mom has been at Brightview for more than a year and is the happiest we have seen her in many years. The past year has been very trying with the effects of the pandemic but the Brightview team has kept everyone safe and happy. I appreciate the work they do every single day!
The entire staff at Wellspring has been of great help to my family member. They they are attentive and dedicated, especially Jadranka, Jeremy, and Phyllis to name just a few of the professional staff who interact positively with my family member every day. The communicate frequently with me and I am very grateful for their caring.
Terrible place to work, management is super outdated.ANSWERING LAST COMMENT FROM THE PROPERTYNo, I have no intentions in reach you out. Since you made me feel as I am a criminal the day your housekeeping manager decided to fire me. I worked in different places before, but never in a so outdated management as this company is. Pretty soon nobody will want to work for you because you think you're in 1910.Good luck.
The administration and staff at Brightview Commons are exceptionally kind and caring. They have been extraordinarily careful and diligent in protecting their residents from the effects of Covid. Brightview Commons is a beautiful facility with a robust variety of activities offered in their vibrant living program. We couldn’t be happier that we put our mom into their capable and loving hands.
Brightview Commons, especially the memory care unit goes above and beyond for each patient, contacts the family whenever there is any issue and makes sure their residents have the best quality of life possible. I have experience with the management and staff over five years with two elderly relatives and there is nowhere else in the area that has the quality of physical set up and especially the quality of staff, many of whom have been there the whole five years. During the difficulties of Covid, they have navigated regulations, safety and residents emotional wellbeing with the responsible care and compassion that I have come to expect.
I wanted to recognize the amazing job that the staff and associates at BrightView are doing to keep my dad and all the residents in the community safe and healthy. I realize given the current situation we are in that this is an enormous and complex task. The compassion and concern that the BrightView team has for the residents is evident in all they do, and especially in these difficult times. I know that the decisions that have had to be made are not easy or done lightly but please know you and your team are truly appreciated!I also appreciate the ongoing communications regarding the steps being taken to keep the residents safe as well as the protocols put in place to allow for safe family visits within the community. The regular emails that are sent to residents and family members are informative and provide reassurance that the steps taken to mitigate risk are well thought out and well planned. Thank you for all you are doing....knowing my dad is being well taken care of and in such good hands is a blessing.
My mom has been a resident of the Brightview Independent Living community since May of 2019 and although admittedly it was a big adjustment for such an independent lady, she has grown to enjoy the benefits and activities that the Brightview Independent Living community has to offer. The Independent Living community provides the perfect balance of having a safety net of caring staff and people available should the need arise but also being able to continue to maintain her vibrant social life outside of the community as well. Moreover, Brightview's handling of the COVID-19 crisis to keep its residents safe has been exceptional in their efforts to implement federal and state protocols to keep residents and families safe. As a result there have been no positive cases and the community has been able to maintain many activities with such protocols in place. During these challenging times, it has been comforting to know that the safety and well being of the residents has been the top priority of the Brightview team.
My mom has been at Bright View Commons for a couple of years. I feel like the people that work there really care and the place itself is beautiful. She is in the memory care unit and I can relax and know that she is not just taken care of, but she is also provided exercise, music, art, and all the things that enhance her quality of life. They have also been wonderful during this pandemic making sure that all the residents and associates are safe. I can’t think of a better place for my mom to be.
Brightview has been a beacon of light and assurance in these unprecedented times. The Director and staff have done a meticulous job in striving to keep all residents safe. Frequent communications from the Director keep us informed of new state regulations regarding the Covid-19 virus. In addition, the staff have gone out of their way to accomodate residents' medical and social needs, and to maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere at all times. My mother feels safe and well-cared for at Brightview Commons.
"Attention To Detail"... the administrators and the team members offer personalized attention to all aspects of the residents' living circumstances.Extraordinary lengths are taken to keep everyone safe and connected, as much as possible, during the COVID challenge. Communication with family members, as well as residents, makes for great peace of mind. The quality of life in this community is exceptional.
