Cost of Our Community Assisted Living
The cost of assisted living in our community is based on the size of the apartment, with prices starting at $4200 per month. Additionally, the level of care required will affect the overall cost, which is determined after an assessment conducted by our nurse prior to move-in.
Level 1 care is priced at $1050 per month, while Level 2 care is priced at $2100 per month.

Availability
Do you guys currently have a waitlist? No, not at this time. I currently have 2-one bedroom apartments with courtyard patio, 1-one-bedroom deluxe apartment with patio in assisted living and I have 1 apartment available in memory care.
Staff and Training
What types of people do you have on your staff? What kind of training do they get? We have resident aides, CMAs, CNAs, and an LPN plus our management staff. All our staff are required to complete CPR certification as well as monthly mandatory training in dementia, customer service, etc.
Resident Safety
What kinds of things do you all do to make sure residents are safe? We follow all CDC and state regulations, we have alarms on all exterior doors, we do two-hour checks on all residents and all mandatory monthly training.
Moving Logistics
Do you all help with moving logistics when a resident moves into the community? We do have two moving companies we have partnered with to offer a discount on moving. I give you/family the number and you call and set it all up.
Transportation Services
Do you offer transportation services for residents? We do offer transportation for Dr. appointments on Tues./Thurs.
Dining Experience
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience? We offer restaurant style dining for breakfast, lunch, diner. We offer many options on the menu to choose from and our chef cooks everything in house.
Handling Complaints
What happens if a resident is unhappy or has a complaint? They can bring those to management and we will do our best to correct the concerns.
Communication with Families
How do you all communicate with families? As often as the family would like. We call, email, text, or face to face.
Short-term and Respite Stays
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost? We do offer short-term. We have respite stay which is 14-days to 4 weeks. In assisted living it is $205/day and $240/day in memory care. We also offer a step-down program that is 30-60 days. It is $165/day all-inclusive. In memory care it is $185/day all-inclusive.
Pet Policy
Are you all a pet-friendly community? We are. Residents can have pets in assisted living only. They must be able to manage the pet 100% themselves (picking up poop, cleaning liter boxes, walking, etc.) There is a $1500 non-refundable pet deposit.
