Employee Reviews for Comfort Care Senior Living
3 out of 5 stars. Based on 9 reviews
Overall, employees have mixed reviews about working for Comfort Care Senior Living. They praise the great teamwork and supportive environment, but criticize the long shifts, lack of structure, and low pay. They also mention that the management is unprofessional, unreliable, and lacks basic caring knowledge. Employees feel that the company does not put the care of clients first and there is a lack of respect for clients and employees. They also feel that there is a lot of favoritism and that the compensation and benefits package is weak. Advice to management includes better discipline of staff and more development of human resources and management of staff.Healthcare Nearby

After placing my mother in law here I knew when I went home I was at ease. The staff from Nurses, Aides, Dietary, House keeping to Maintenance was the best I've seen and the way they interact with the residents was a comfort. They accommodate each residents needs by daily activities and keeping our loved doing what they loved. I could not have found a better place. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for the best comfort and care of your loved ones.
The staff at Bavarian Comfort Care loves what they do and take excellent care of the residents. Mandy, the activities director, has a heart of gold and works hard to enrich the lives of the residents. If you have a loved one who needs care, they will receive the best at Bavarian.
This home has been the most amazing place for my in-laws. The care they have received was and is worth every penny! On February 10th, my mother-in-law went to be with Jesus. This staff has been amazing with my father-in-law. He is a WW11 vet and 96 years old. As much as I want to be with him as he journey's through life without mom, I applaud this team of nurses for guiding him through this most troubling time. April would have been 70 years they had together. Thank you nurses for making dad feel so special while in your care. sincerely, Robin Farr
Short staffed , residents dont get the care they need not because staff dont want to but because their short all the time and administrators dont care all they wanna do is save money so they put the care of residents in jeopardy... Also they have a INFESTATION IF BEDBUGS that they been dealing with for over a year now and keeping it from families and dont care if staff take them home as well and they do ask staff to write a review because real family members wont so that should tell u something , you cant trust that place not talking about the staff working the floor they do their best with the staff they have on hand that day its the office who dont care even the owner !!!!
