I wish I could rate them a 0, this place is horrible. One lady rudely accused my husband of stealing a check that he knew nothing about in the middle of the cafeteria in front of other patients.(we have 0 control of his father's finances). They changed my father-in-law's soiled diaper without even cleaning him, they just slapped a new diaper on. Not to mention he has a catheter in place that could easily get infected without proper care. They claim he needs help eating but yet during meal times there is no one there to assist him. He was very thirsty and was struggling getting the cup to his lips and spilled the drink all over himself..we asked the lady for a straw and it was in a place out of reach for the patients. After putting a straw in his drink he drank the entire cup within seconds. It's no wonder he is only 100 pounds now. No one cares here. There were weird stains all over the floors leading into the cafeteria (looked like poop), and the floors looked as though they have never been cleaned. The staff is all extremely bothered and annoyed when notified. The call for help button was placed ontop of a bulletin board out of reach for my father-in-law to even access. No guard rails on his bed, or devices in place to notify staff if he falls out of bed. I am beyond disgusted with this place.
