Overview of Our Staff and Training
Our medical staff includes Registered Nurses (RNs) and Caregivers, with a Medical Director (MD) also on staff. We pride ourselves on not using agency staff, and the majority of our team has been with us for over 10 years. Our facility offers onsite services including Podiatry, Psychiatric CNP, Dental, Optometry, Audiology, Dermatology, X-ray, Lab, and Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapy.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We ensure the safety and well-being of our residents through the use of video cameras throughout the community and implementing every 15-minute rounding. The community is securely locked, preventing any unauthorized wandering.
Transition and Support Services
We offer resources and support services to aid residents' transition into the community, including support services for families. Notable events include the Memory Cafe and Family Night - Broadway Event, among others.
Transportation Services
Our community provides transportation for activities and can assist in arranging transportation for appointments as needed.
Dining Experience
Our dining experience includes meals served in the dining room with alternatives available. We cater to residents' preferences by collecting a list of likes and dislikes upon move-in.

Our Executive Director is a Certified Dementia Care Practitioner (CDP) and our Memory Care Advisor is a certified Virtual Dementia Care Trainer (VDT) After 5 years of research in partnership with Johns Hopkins and a team of expert physicians and scientists specializing in neuropsychiatry, dementia and Alzheimer’s, our community design was developed to allow the best experience for our residents. Freedom of Movement – Arden Courts features 12 exits leading to different paths of exploration: all within a friendly and secure community.
