Please check this place out before you place your Loved one here. This place was good about 5 years ago but it has gone downhill. My relative was moved here and it was horrible to go in and see all the problems. The food was bad, a piece of cake placed on the tray right off of the serving cart looked like it hit the floor before it got there. Corned Beef so tough that it couldn't be cut. They were out of hot water for at least 4 days so meals were served on paper plates with plastic utensils. Not to mention no hot water for the patients to wash up or shower with. They had medicated cloths warmed in the microwave to give the patients baths with. Used gloves on the floor in the room longer than 24 hours. Trash can full on the day they arrived in the room and had to ask for it to be emptied.Toilet in the room was clogged so the patients had to go across the hall to use the toilet until it was fixed. Took a few hours to get that done.Medications were never supplied on time. We'd get three different stories as to why this was happening. It resulted in the slowing of P.T. because my relative was in pain. This wasn't my observation , it was a direct statement from the head of P.T. Please check this place out before you let anyone go there.

They respond quickly to every need...whether its pain or a spill...they are there to help...and they do! The Rehab has been consistent...great at helping me meet my goal to go home.
