If I could give it a negative 10 If I could.  DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. My uncle stuck my grandmother in this place. Since he's her poa we had no say. The walls are dirty. The floor is dirty. The cabinets to put the residents clothes are old n broken. The smell of urine in the whole place is SOO strong that I had to stop myself from gagging the entire time. I'm DISTURBED that my grandmother will probably spend her last days here. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO LIVE UNDER THOSE CONDITIONS. Someone stole my grandmother's clothes! I would call this place a mental facility over a living center. Disgusting place.

My mother is at (was) at this place as of 5/10/2021 they never called and told us she has COVID 19 and she been admitted to hospital. When calling they just send you to another number that just ring that's if you get through the first ring. They don't rehab anyone. Their patients always screaming for help. My mom would say they trying to kill her now I believe her. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVE ONES TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE

This place is as low as you can go. I have seen healthier homeless people walking the streets than the people in here. They are understaffed and the place smells really bad. Stay clear of this place.

This place is so disgusting they need to be shut down. Everyone is short staffed these days but there’s a point where people need to be put before making money, and unfortunately that is just not the case here. I have come to visit my loved one in the building and end up helping the other people in his room as best I can because there is nobody to care for them. One of them started crying because they didn’t have water. WATER. Thankfully my relative was able to go home, but that isn’t the case for the people who have to live there and it breaks my heart. Flies EVERYWHERE. Some of the reviews admit they are left by people who work for the company but that doesn’t drown out the negative reviews that truly speak for what it’s like there. Just do not even consider this place, you’re better going elsewhere.

Ok. I wrote this review and then waited 1 hour to see if I would have received a call back from my voicemail and did not. So here it is. My Father has been there since 8/29/2021. The room is very messy. I know they are probably short staffed. My dad called me this morning very upset that he has been waiting for someone to take him to the bathroom for over an hour. He has not had any therapy since he has been there. I thought the main reason you are in a rehab facility is to get therapy. I called multiple times yesterday and today to speak with his nurse to get an update. The front desk ladies have been wonderful, but it is very frustrating that they are the only ones that I can speak to. They forward me to the nursing station and the phone rings for 5 minutes and then it hangs up.

Our team works very hard to provide optimal care. I have the pleasure of working with both advantages Wayne and Roseville and administration come out of offices Staff come in on off days stay later on days works management team we are truly all in this together cleaning rooms serving meals among other things we come in early leave late to provide care. The only reason I didn’t give the fifth star which I feel we deserve truly is because we are still striving for excellence. We are human and we haven’t reached our 5 star goal but that does not stop is from reaching!!! Each and everyday we come to work with 1 goal and that is to provide our residents with all the care and compassion we have.. so here is that 5th gold star .

This place needs to be closed down. We have tried several times to reach our family member by phone because we live out of state. We are never able to reach him or anyone else. The facility never returns calls. This is the worst place to have A loved one! I have read some of the other reviews with complaints of how the facility smells. One patient fell out of bed three times . Response from the facility is "we are very sorry" Well, why isn't something done to improve the problems? We are very upset with this place. The only reason by brother in law is there is because of his insurance.

Well my mom was placed here, and they don't help the people, they just leave them sit in bed all day ,and when you call to speak to someone they are not around to answer any questions to put your mind at ease ,just horrible , I would never recamend this place to anyone ,you can't visit, you can not get them on the phone , and the only place that don't have a routein of what they do daily ,you would think they would make you feel at home but they don't , very unsatisfied .

When looking for a good place to stay I'm always skeptical but this place blew me away. There are quite a few people here who are doing great work, I made sure to tell them I would give a good review on the web. This is something I never do but they do deserve it.

My mom was just sent here. I am extremely disappointed they don't have phones in the resident's rooms especially now during the pandemic and she is in quarantine. It will take time to get her a cell phone. In the meantime, we have no contact with her. I'll update this when I see what kind of care she gets.
