Overview of Professional Staff and Training
Our staff includes Resident Assistants who are Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), L1MA which are medication technicians, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and a Director of Nursing (DON). All staff members undergo ongoing training through Relias, participate in In-Service Trainings, adhere to company requirements, and follow all state regulations.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We operate a 24-hour community with staff always on site. In emergencies, police and ambulance services are very close and promptly called.
Resources for Transitioning Residents
We have a welcome committee made up of current residents who serve as ambassadors to help new residents. Additionally, our activity director and assistant, along with all employees, assist in this transition.
Transportation Services
Yes, we offer transportation services for residents.
Dining Experience
All three meals are included with a breakfast, lunch, and dinner special every day. We also offer an always available menu with popular items such as cheeseburgers with fries, chicken tenders, grilled chicken breast, salad, and grilled cheese.

Residents can complete a grievance form to address any complaints or issues. We maintain an open door policy for all staff, residents, and families, including our community director.
Cost of Living
As detailed in the brochures sent to you, the cost of living in our community varies by accommodation type: AL Studios are $4,250, 1BR are $4,800, Large 1BR with patio are $5,600 plus care costs. Memory care is all-inclusive at $5,400 or $6,200 for a larger room.
