2023 Entrance Fees
The Entrance Fee provides guaranteed lifetime care at 15 Craigside and the right to a bed in our Health Care Center. The fee varies by apartment type, location and occupancy (single or double).

Assisted Living
Assisted Living seeks to provide optimal independence for residents who require some assistance in their activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, or walking. Our Assisted Living team collaborates with you, your physicians and family to provide services that are required and desired for the best care and quality of life possible. Assistance is provided at an hourly rate based on a personalized service plan. Medication management is provided at a monthly rate. Special Services are also available and can include bed making, ironing, check writing, and companionship/monitoring.
Assisted Living Service: $35/hour

Health Care Center
Our Health Care Center is a State-Licensed and Medicare-Certified Long Term Care Facility with 45 beds. Services include skilled nursing, intermediate care, rehabilitative services (physical, occupational and speech therapy), memory care (for Alzheimer's and dementia), long-term care and hospice.
There is a daily bed rate. For short-term stays, residents also pay the Monthly Service Charge, less a food credit. For permanent transitions, the apartment would be released, the Monthly Service Charges would stop and the resident would instead pay the daily bed rate. Nursing supplies and extra services are not included.

Our facility is staffed with a diverse range of professionals including health care, programs, wellness, dining, shuttle, maintenance, housekeeping, finance, and administration teams. Each staff member completes annual employee training, covering CPR/AED training, blood borne pathogens, emergency response, cultural sensitivities & protected groups, and privacy practices. Departments also hold regular trainings tailored to specific roles.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We ensure the safety and well-being of our residents through 24-hour security & receptionist, community-wide security cameras, and comprehensive emergency response systems. Our fire safety measures are robust, and we are part of the Hawaii Emergency Management Coalition. We have in-house generators and emergency supplies, and we facilitate a thorough on-boarding process for new residents.
Transition Support Services
Our onboarding team provides extensive support to new residents, and we refer them to local specialists such as senior movers to aid in their transition into the community.

Yes, we offer transportation services for residents. Details are available in our brochure.
Dining Experience
Residents enjoy three buffet-style meals daily with a variety of options. We provide assistance to those who need it, host special themed dining events, and offer other food-related activities. An onsite dietitian ensures nutritional needs are met.
Resident Complaints and Issues
Residents can address complaints directly with department managers or the Resident Services Manager. They are also part of our resident association, which plays an active role in shaping the community. We communicate through various channels, including newsletters and resident engagement surveys.

We are unique in that our residents are able to maintain their same apartment within our community while living independently as well as while receiving assisted living services. Costs and Fees
In terms of costs, there is a one-time entrance fee, which varies according to the apartment you select, your location in the building and whether it’s for single or double occupancy. After this initial entrance fee is paid, residents are responsible for paying a monthly service charge.
