Licensed Nurses and Care Staff
We have 6 licensed nurses in the building and 24/7 unlicensed care staff (RAs), all of which go through a series of training and re-training annually.
Emergency Systems
All residents have pendants / emergency call buttons we encourage they wear to contact care staff. There are also emergency pull cords in all apartments.
Welcome Program
We have a welcome program that takes place over the first week or so for them to meet the staff and residents.
Transportation
We have a shuttle that is used for activities and outings, but not for personal transportation.
Dining Experience
Our dining is set up as a restaurant-style experience in which we offer a special for lunch and dinner. If not interested in the special, there's a list of items they can always pick from (soups, salads, sandwiches...).
Feedback and Grievances
Our hope would be that they would come to our management team with any complaints or concerns. But if more comfortable, we have anonymous grievance boxes throughout the building. We also host a monthly resident council meeting.
Cost of Living
Cost of living is different for all residents dependent on care level but our average Assisted Living resident pays around $7k a month; Memory Care and Enhanced Care usually being a higher average cost.
Care Conferences
We schedule care conferences 2x a year (or more if needed) for residents, family, and staff to review care plan and suggest any changes.
Lease and Stay Terms
We do not offer short-term stay here; though, our lease is only month-to-month.
Pet Policy
We are pet friendly with a one-time deposit of $500.
Availability
We currently have openings in our Enhanced Care but are full in all other levels of care and accepting waitlists.
