Safety and Well-being Measures
We ensure the safety and well-being of our residents through excellent health care, 24/7 Resident Assistant support, security cameras, secure and locked doors with access for residents using secure key fobs, life enrichment activities, and a front desk concierge available from 7am to 9pm.
Transition Support Services
We offer a resident Ambassador program, welcome baskets, welcome dinners, and parties. We also facilitate introductions to clubs, committees, and events that align with new residents' interests.
Transportation Services
Transportation is provided for organized activities, shopping, and cultural events. We also assist with setting up accounts with Go Go Grandparent and other recommended services for specific trips.
Dining Experience
Our restaurant features a highly skilled head chef, a variety of menus, daily specials, table service, and welcoming servers. Residents can opt for a daily meal plan or dine at their convenience, and guests are welcome.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Complaints or issues are typically brought to our Executive Director for a quick and smooth resolution. Our Executive Director is easily accessible.
Cost of Living
Rent ranges from $3,125 to $4,170 per month, which includes utilities, activities, and monthly apartment cleaning. We offer different payment options, which can be discussed during a phone call or in-person tour.
Communication with Residents' Families
We maintain open communication with residents' families, with regular family meetings and updates from our Health Services Director and Resident Services Manager. We also send out "Send Word Now" messages for important notices.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer short-term stays of approximately 10 days in our Care Suites, with a cost of $675 per day, including care and rent. This typically does not include respite stays.
Pet-Friendly Community
We are a pet-friendly community, accepting dogs under 30 lbs, cats, birds, and fish. There is a one-time pet fee of $1,000 and a monthly fee of $100.
