My dad has been at Wrights for years and they are best. Caring, they communicate constantly and have all his best interests in mind. I highly recommend Wright's. And I thank them for making my Dad feel at home. It was, and sometimes still is a challenge but I know he is happy, and well cared for. The team is amazing!
The only reason I give this place a fair rating is that therapy is good and the nurses are good however some of the CNA'S at night are rude and untrained and make you feel like your bothering them. If you happen to visit at night youll see them just sitting there playing on their phones hiding in dark rooms. The place smells and is very dirty. Just look behind the doors and in the corners of the rooms. Their excuse is its an old place. No excuse for not being clean and updated. They claim to have a bed and breakfast feel to the place. If I ever went to a bed and breakfast that dirty I would demand my money back. Disgusting.
Oh no..never send your loved ones or enemies to this place, my family member was in for rehab only and this is truly unacceptable! Filty , bugs, wiring a potential fire hazard, black mold,it took 38 minutes for someone to answer her buzzer for help to the bathroom and 23 minutes to come back for her! Yes I timed it! Tried to overmedicate, rifling through her personal items, was supposed to have PT who only showed up once, sat her up in a chair for a few minutes and that was it! OH Yes I could go on!
Don't bring your loved one here! I went to this facility while investigating places for my father to stay and what I saw was unacceptable! At the front doors there was no reception desk and no receptionist only a couple of hospital bed tables and piles of laundry. While walking around the facility I could clearly see in through three sets of glass double doors and what I saw was awful! The hallways were lined with patients up against the walls in stretchers and wheelchairs! I stood there and watched for several minutes and not once did I see a nurse or a doctor or any kind of staff moving throughout the place. It looked as if they had taken on twice the number of patients than they had rooms. The patients I saw had their belongings piled up on top of them as they laid there on the stretchers. Clearly they are warehousing patients! No one answered the door which was locked. I left in disgust and sorrow for the patients that had been brought to this horrible little hole! Please do not bring your loved one here!
STOP! DO NOT ADMIT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! NURSES DO NOT REVIEW PATIENT CHARTS WELL! Gave my Mom choice of CHILI or Sandwich when Mom was on a LIQUID diet after having an Endoscopy at the Hospital! Then gave her Tomato soup and Tomato juice the next day..OUCH! Wrong diet Wrights! I receive a late night call stating Mom fell her second night there bc they never put a BED ALARM on her like in the Hospital, they gave her a sleeping pill instead she did not want or need..again not thinking of what Mom NEEDS coming out of the Hospital! I had to tell employees what to do and not to do! Toilet clogged for a whole day and had to use another rooms lavatory! Dirty sheets on bed. Asked them to shower Mom and they basically said NO. NO shower for the 5 days she endured there until I took her out. The care here is unprofessional and sloppy to say the least. I inform the staff Mom will be leaving on Saturday and I want all paperwork done and ready for her release....NOT....Head Nurse tells me they won't release Mom bc Dr. Ghandi did not sign her papers....GUESS WHAT NO ONE KNEW THE DR HAD RETIRED FRIDAY....NO ONE KNEW THE DR TAKING CARE OF THE PATIENTS HAD RETIRED!!! Such negligence!!! Mom is happy at HOME now. WRIGHTS REHAB IS SO WRONG!!!
