The community has beautiful views and is very clean. Jane was very welcoming and informative on levels of care offered and services, the apartment had a nice walk in shower. We were able to meet staff who would be caring for our mother who were very friendly, there is a nice outdoor area were residents were able to walk and enjoy the garden, we were very pleased.
I’ve worked at a Woodland Heights for four years now, which is nothing in comparison to a lot of our other employees that have been at Woodland Heights for anywhere from 5 years all the way up to 31 years. They say when you love what you do that you never work a day in your life. I’ve learned so much from our residents and have grown to love them like family. I can’t imagine working anywhere else. I believe that online reviews in this day and age are very important. A lot of our residents don't have a gmail account, some don't use the internet at all and can't leave us reviews. So, come see us sometime and meet some of our wonderful residents in person.
I have worked here for over a year now. The staff here are caring, dedicated and involved with residents care. Management goes above and beyond for the residents needs and the employees needs as well. Many activities to choose from everyday including movie night and happy hour!! A fun and great environment for the whole community.
I want to say I am grateful for being part of woodland heights team. I enjoy the passion of caring for the residents at woodland and the staff. I am an employee here who is caring, outgoing, and loving and I go above and beyond. I've been working for the company for 4 years now it is a great company to work for. We welcome anyone from employee to residents with a warmth welcome of love and care.
Woodland Heights has been wonderful for my mother. My mother has been at WH for almost two years. After she moved in, she immediately gained weight and got stronger. The staff is attentive and is responsive. The Administrators that we deal with, Elle MacMillan and Chanta Dedman, are very responsive and take time to answers question. My mom's nurse, Romonda (RN), has been very good adept at notifying the family about my mom's medication changes. Thank you Woodland Heights!
