Wide Horizons Intermediate Care Description

At Wide Horizons, we provide residential living for those with Intellectual Disabilities, from young adulthood to seniors. We are dedicated to fostering confidence and dignity in the people we serve, and promoting increased independence through support and training in a caring environment. We offer a variety of activities, including work placement opportunities. Our interdisciplinary team works together to ensure all programs and goals are unique, and best meet the individual needs of our residents.

At Wide Horizons, we provide more than just care for our residents. We create a warm and welcoming home environment, and offer training and support to help them thrive. Our goal is to help everyone who comes through our doors reach their full potential.
