    Wibaux County Nursing Home is a 40 bed innovative, updated, caring facility, owned by Wibaux County. Located in eastern Montana, we are trusted in this area by families and residents for the promotion of health and support of the comfort of our aging people. We are “the small home with a big heart.”

    Wibaux County Nursing Home has been serving our community since 1975. We are located in a small, rural area, and we accommodate ranchers, farmers, and many others from all walks of life. We offer both skilled nursing and intermediate care, with both private and semi-private rooms available. Our living room provides a warm and homelike atmosphere for parties, family gatherings, or just a quiet place to visit.

    The mission of our organization is to provide high-quality health care in accord with the Christian ideals of concern and compassion; to provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to our residents and their families; and to render service in a compassionate, loving and vital way.

    We understand that the transition to a skilled nursing facility is challenging. At Wibaux County Nursing Home, we strive to ease the process by providing an environment where our residents and guests feel informed and comfortable.
