Westward Heights Care Center Description

Westward Heights Care Center is a non-profit facility that is owned and operated by a local board of citizens. The management team at Vetter Senior Living oversees the day-to-day operations of the facility to ensure that all long-term care needs are met.

Lander, Wyoming is a beautiful community nestled against the Wind River Mountains and the Popo Agie River. Our community of 6,500 people is the perfect gateway to Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Tetons. We are proud to serve this community and welcome all who visit.

We are located on the south side of town, across the highway from the post office and the Best Western Hotel.

At our facility, we provide long-term care, after-hospital rehabilitation, and short-term respite care for up to 60 individuals. We also offer outpatient therapy services that include physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.

A great place they have been great in the transition of moving my grandma there. Great care and they work to treat each individual to their needs and likes.
