My family and I went on a tour of the facility for a loved one. We arrived at our scheduled time and had to wait 30 minutes. The facility is very lovely and the ground are well kept. Rooms/apartments are large with call buttons if needed. They offer a lot for residence. However what brought this down to 1 star is the person taking us on the tour. They were rushing us and often were short in answers. We felt like we intruded on her day. After a long talk with family we,decided against here. If we were rushed how are residents needs handled. It might have been a bad day for this,person...who knows.
