Waterview – The Point Independent Living, located on Lake Granbury, offers you the freedom to live the lifestyle you desire. No more home repairs to manage or lawns to mow, or even meals to cook. The modern residence gives you apartments with splendid lake views, delicious chef-prepared dining, and weekly housekeeping and linen service.
Spacious apartments are built like condos, each with its own air conditioning unit and hot water. The apartments feature a balcony with either a lake or courtyard view. Independent Living residents often bring their furry friend with them to live in our pet-friendly community.
The community’s Lifestyles Director has a calendar of programs that offers something for almost everyone. From painting, dancing and card playing to exercise classes and dominoes, if what you want isn’t available, just let her know and she will do her best to bring it to Waterview –The Point. Some residents mentor a group of fourth-graders who visit the community regularly.
The unique rock exterior of Waterview – The Point is reminiscent of a mountain lodge while the interior reflects our Texas heritage through brown and tan leather furnishings, artwork featuring cowboys and bluebonnets, and three gorgeous rock fireplaces. Independent Living residents enjoy delicious chef-prepared meals twice a day in a magnificent dining room that features a wall of windows overlooking Lake Granbury.
The Independent Living community features a parking garage with elevator, a movie theater, library, outdoor pool, clubhouse and bistro, as well as activity rooms and a workout room. Residents and guests often enjoy fishing Lake Granbury from the community dock.
Waterview – The Point and Waterview – The Cove are located across the street from each other in Granbury, Texas. This allows residents to benefit from a true continuum of care, if needed, as they transition from Independent Living or Assisted Living to Memory Care without leaving our beautiful campus.
