To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, our memory care unit is secured with a passcode-protected entry and exit system. Additionally, we have sign-in and out requirements for residents in Assisted Living to maintain a secure environment.

We offer support services to help new residents transition into the community. This includes a welcoming committee of residents and personal visits from the management team within the first few days of their arrival.

Dining Experience
Our dining experience includes three meals per day served in a fine dining setting with waitstaff and elegant table settings. We offer two main entrees for lunch and dinner, along with a separate menu of items that are always available.
Addressing Resident Complaints and Issues
Residents are encouraged to address medical or care issues with the care staff, followed by the nurse, and then the director if the issue is not resolved. Billing issues are handled by the business office director, and maintenance requests can be submitted through a work order at the front desk.

Assisted living starts at $3840, with four different sizes of apartments available. Memory Care starts at $6365.

Our policy on communication with residents' families involves keeping them regularly updated about their loved ones' well-being through various means, which will be detailed upon inquiry.
Short-Term or Respite Stays
We do not offer respite care. However, we have a 30-day termination notice policy. Residents who feel they no longer need to live in assisted living can submit a 30-day notice, after which they will no longer be responsible for the base rent.
