Independent Living
I currently have one, one bedroom apartment for $5,000 monthly. Includes all three meals, housekeeping, the village amenity card, parking in garage, all utilities, and transportation. Salon services and alcohol at our bar are additional. I also have one, 2 bedroom apartment for $6,395 monthly.
Assisted Living
I have studio availability for $4,100 and one bedroom availability for $5,300 monthly. Includes all of the above except parking in the garage. We offer laundry services also. In addition to rent, in assisted living, we charge monthly levels of care. There are 5 levels of care ranging from $350 monthly up to $1800 monthly.
Memory Care
Memory care is all inclusive at $6,100.
