Overview of Professional Staff and Training
We have an in-house nurse 5 days a week, and all of our caregivers are CHA’s or HCA’s, certified by outside agencies. Plus, we have ongoing training both in person and online.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We do safety checks daily for all of our residents, we are staffed 24 hours a day including our front desk concierge. Each AL resident has their own individual care plan.

We have a number of outside agencies we use to help with downsizing, moving, & apartment setup.
Transportation Services
Yes, we offer transportation services for residents.

Our restaurant has ranked among the top 3 in our company, winning the “best of” award 6 out of 10 years.

There are a number of avenues, including comment cards, front desk, and myself (GM). Every one of these is investigated and remedied.
Cost of Living
Studios start at $3780, 1 bedrooms $4160, 2 bedrooms $5395. Care is not included, it starts at $750.

We are in contact with our Assisted Living families on a regular basis.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We do offer short-term or respite stays. The minimum stay is 1 month.

Welcome to Our Independent & Assisted Living Community
We are an Independent & Assisted Living Community that provides meals, utilities, housekeeping, social activities, and transportation. Our residents all have 3 things in common:
- They are all “stubbornly independent”
- They recognize life is better with friends
- They are tired of cooking and cleaning
We have a nurse who oversees our team of 24/7 caregivers. Our assisted living levels are based on our nurse’s assessment, and can include medication reminders and management, bathing assistance, dressing assistance, and more. This means that our residents are able to maintain her independence while enjoying her time with new friends and family.
