Our Business Office Manager is available to assist with Medicaid and its implementation. We offer various resources, tailored to the specific needs and location of our residents.
Transportation
We provide transportation for all residents capable of traveling by wheelchair, ensuring they can move freely and attend necessary appointments or outings.
Dining Services
Our dining services are available three times a day, with ample opportunities for snacking in between meals to maintain weight and nutrition. We use plates of a specific color and style—red—to help increase appetite, based on research findings. Additional details on the features and benefits of our dining services will be provided for further communication.
Grievance Handling
Should a resident or family have a concern, we initiate a grievance form process. The responsible department outlines corrective actions, and we ensure follow-up with the resident to discuss and implement the action plan.

Within the first 24-72 hours of admission, we conduct a "Road 2 Recovery" meeting to discuss goals, issues, and the overall care plan.
