Waitlist Information
We currently only have a wait list for our memory care unit. However, we only have a handful of beds available.
Pricing and General Information
Private pay daily rate is $166 for a semi-private room and $197 for a private room. We also accept Medicare and Medicaid.
Professional Staff and Training
We have Licensed nurses RN’s & LPN’s on staff as well and Nurse Assistants and Certified Nurse Assistants. Staff go through abuse & neglect training and dementia training, regular in-services as reminders and refreshers.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Measures to ensure the safety of residents include trained staff on abuse & neglect, monthly fire drills, elopement drills, trained on emergency preparedness in the event of a full evacuation. All of our doors are key pad locked as well.
Transition Support Services
During the discharge process, our Social Worker will assist the family/resident with community resources and support, such as having the first doctor appointment set up within 7 days of discharge, home health services, meals on wheels if needed, etc.
Transportation Services
We offer transportation services to our residents. Our drivers are checked quarterly to ensure they are maintaining a safe driving record and are CPR certified.
Dining Experience
Our residents are offered 3 meals a day with an alternate menu available. Snacks are also offered. Our staff go to each resident and let them know what is on the menu and take their order, kind of like restaurant style. Residents can either join others in the Main Dining hall or choose to have the meals brought to their rooms. If a resident needs assistance with eating, our nursing staff will stay with them until they are finished.
Handling Complaints and Issues
If any resident has a complaint/concern, we like to get those addressed immediately. They can always report it to any employee regardless of the department they work in. The Charge nurse does need to be notified so it can be addressed quickly if after normal business hours. The Social Worker will meet with the resident/family to get the issue at hand solved and let the department know that is appropriate.
Communication with Residents' Families
Open communication is the best medicine! We like to keep an open line of communication between staff and families, as we believe it helps build trust. Families would be notified with any change in resident condition, medications, lab work, etc. Families can call the facility 24/7 to check in, the facility is always staffed.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Yes, we offer short-term or respite stays. The cost is approximately $200 per day for respite care- we have not received our annual rate increase information yet.
Pet-Friendly Community
Pets cannot live with a resident, however, if they are up to date on their shots they are welcome to visit at any time.
Vaccinations
Residents are able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community. A consent form is signed upon admission and it is administered within the facility.
Aging in Place
Absolutely! We want everyone who moves into our facility to feel welcomed and at home. When someone moves in, we encourage them and their families to make their rooms as home-like as possible.
