Community Availability and Waitlist Information
Our community has limited availability, so in many cases there is a waitlist in our Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities, especially the latter two which are currently full.
Care Staff and Training
Our care staff in Assisted Living and Memory Care are all vetted prior to hiring and led by our highly trained team of nurses. They all receive frequent training and are subject to North Carolina’s standards.
Dining Experience
Our residents enjoy chef-made meals in our dining room. Breakfast and dinner are included in the rate for all our communities are well as lunch in Memory Care and Assisted Living.
Pet Policy
We allow residents to have a dog or a cat up to a certain size (35 pounds). Many of our residents have pets and we love them!
Respite Stays
We offer respite stays. Pricing is on a case by case basis and subject to availability. Since our Memory Care and Assisted Living is full at the moment with waitlists in both, we cannot offer respite stays in those communities at the present.
Feedback and Complaints
If residents have complaints they are encouraged to reach out to the Independent Living manager, the Resident Care Manager or our Executive Director.
Cost and Pricing
The ultimate cost depends on the resident’s needs, such as care levels, medication management, or smaller fees like internet, phone, pet fees, storage, etc., and of course the rent for the apartment type they select. If you need me to send the brochure again, please let me know! It should have a basic overview of our pricing. Let me know if you need anything clarified!
Communication and Emergencies
We would typically reach out to family if a resident is injured or has some type of medical emergency. Communication with families would ultimately be carried out according to the wishes of our residents. We also put out a monthly newsletter to communicate community events and such.
Health and Safety Measures
We do have periodic flu and COVID vaccine clinics!
Transitioning Between Care Levels
Residents often transfer from Independent to Assisted and/or to Memory Care as their needs change over time so they can age in place within our community. Our community has limited availability, so in many cases there is a waitlist in our Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities, especially the latter two which are currently full.

Our life enrichment team keeps our residents happy and active. Our Forever Fit program keeps their bodies healthy and active, while trivia, bingo, and many other activities engage their minds. If a resident is interested in an activity we don’t offer, we encourage them to ask and we will do everything to accommodate!
