Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training
Our Independent Living community boasts a comprehensive team of professionals across administration, sales, culinary, facilities/housekeeping, and engaged life (activities and transportation). We also collaborate with three wellness partners: Shae Medical, Legacy Therapy, and The Key Homecare. Our staff undergoes ongoing training, quality enhancement programs, and regular safety fire drills to ensure the highest level of service and care.
Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have a 24/7 concierge/front desk service, alongside our ongoing staff training and quality enhancement programs. Safety fire drills are conducted regularly to prepare both staff and residents for any emergency.
Support Services for Residents
Our wellness partners play a crucial role in aiding residents' transition into the community, ensuring they receive the support and care tailored to their needs.
Dining Experience
We offer an all-inclusive dining experience with three meals a day, served in two dining venues: a formal dining room and a casual bistro, catering to a variety of tastes and dietary requirements.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Residents can request a meeting with the Executive Director or submit a work order for any repairs, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Communication with Residents' Families
The Executive Director sends regular updates to all residents and their families, keeping them informed about their loved ones' well-being and any community news.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer short-term or respite stays in our two furnished apartments, allowing future residents to experience Atria Living firsthand. The cost is $239 per day, with an additional $35 fee for an extra person. Guests enjoy all-inclusive dining, housekeeping, transportation, and activities.
Pet-Friendly Community
Our community welcomes pets, with a monthly fee of $25.
Availability and Waitlist
As a new community, we currently do not have a waitlist, but availability is limited to four 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments and several one-bedroom apartments.
Vaccinations
We offer Covid and flu vaccinations once a year, aligning with the release of vaccinations in the fall.
Aging in Place
With the support of our wellness partners, residents can age in place, receiving the care and assistance they need as their needs evolve.
